There had to be a calmer way to do this. So we built one.
We watched someone we love spend the week before her wedding buried in a spreadsheet, chasing confirmations, texting strangers. We knew the tools to fix it existed. Nobody had built them for this.
The spreadsheet had seventeen tabs. Confirmations were still coming in over WhatsApp at midnight. Two guests showed up who were not on the list. One who was on the list never came.
We saw this happen at a wedding and couldn't stop thinking about it. The couple had done everything right: booked the venue, hired the caterer, ordered the flowers. But the guest list was a disaster, and no one had a tool that actually helped.
So we built one. Not for enterprises or event agencies. For the bride managing her own list. For the mom coordinating the family side. For the sweet 17 committee that hasn't done this before and needs everything to just work.

Indonesia runs on WhatsApp. We built Soirée around that reality, not against it. Every invitation goes out over WhatsApp, one tap at a time, personalised for each guest.
Simple on the surface, solid underneath
Every feature in Soirée covers a real problem we saw at real events. Nothing was added for the sake of it. If it doesn't make your day easier, it doesn't belong here.

Every guest gets their own invitation link, their own name on the page, their own moment to respond and leave a wish. Not a broadcast. An invitation.
A small team in Indonesia
We're based in Jakarta and have been to enough weddings and sweet 17s to know exactly what goes wrong. We built Soirée to fix those things, and we use it at events ourselves to make sure it actually works.
